Powder Mountain Press Staff

The talented team members of Powder Mountain Press offer their creativity and brainstorming efficiently on all projects. The team includes a skilled photo editor to assist with photo selection and editing and an in-house editor to help craft and edit content.

Powder Mountain Press works with contract photographers and a pool of established writers to match your design and content focus. Professional staff editors provide the right words to get the job done, plus complete quality control in developing and polishing tone and content.

  • Sage Hibberd Co-Publisher & Art Director

    Sage Hibberd graduated from Jackson Hole High School in 1995 and from Northern Arizona University in 2000, earning a BFA in communication arts with an emphasis in graphic design. She has been the art director at Powder Mountain Press for eight years, and took over as co-publisher in 2018.

    Kristin Mortenson Sales Associate

    After years spent traveling and teaching French and outdoor education Kristin Mortenson settled in Teton Valley, met her husband and started their family together. She loves being a part of our active community and has spent the last decade involved in sales, marketing and volunteering here. She hails from upstate New York, but is proud to call Victor, Idaho her forever home. She loves the active lifestyle of the mountains and can often be found on the trails, hiking, biking and exploring the Tetons.

  • Kate Hull Co-Publisher & Editor-in-Chief

    A Texas native, Kate Hull moved to Teton Valley in 2012. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors of Journalism. Her work has appeared in numerous national and regional publications, including Texas Monthly and Women’s Health. Kate is the co-publisher and editor-in-chief at Powder Mountain Press.

  • Nancy McCullough-McCoy Former Publisher, Powder Mountain Press Advisory Committee

    The former publisher of Powder Mountain Press, Nancy McCullough-McCoy arrived in the Tetons from Seattle in 1974, intending to stay only until her ski-season job ended at Grand Targhee Resort. Forty years later, she’s still here.
